Session Details:

Each session is 50 minutes long, providing ample time to delve into the topics and challenges you may be experiencing.

The coaching services start with an initial assessment session, thereafter the therapy is offered at a cost-effective package of six sessions.

Francesca Melluzzi is an experienced ADHD & Autism coach who has dedicated the last 20 years of her life to helping teenagers and their families navigate the unique challenges of neurodiversity. Her coaching philosophy is centered on collaboration, co-creating practical strategies, and providing personalised, evidence-based psychoeducation. Francesca believes in trauma-informed and somatic coaching, which aims to help individuals feel safe and comfortable in their own bodies, especially those who are neurodivergent. She draws inspiration from renowned experts such as Stephen Porges, Bessel van der Kolk, attachment theory, and Dr. Dan Hughes’ PACE model.
