The Release Recover Discover (TRE) session is designed to help you achieve a state of well-being and relaxation through Releasing old wounds, Recovering through the body and Discovering yourself.

It is offered as a private one-to-one setting, and is facilitated by one of our trained team. The session typically involves physical exercises and activities that help relax the body and release tension naturally.

What is Release Recover Discover (TRE)?

A technique that help you release and repattern from stress and trauma, and once learned you can continue practising yourself for just an hour a week!

We are living in a world battling with a mental health crisis, with many feeling that stress and depression are ruling their lives.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.  Our scientifically backed programme Release Recover Discover (TRE) is making waves as clients learn to release from the Psoas muscle. 


Because it is simple to learn, empowering and transformational on every level. An immediate impact with life-changing results.

It is a tool that can help the body to naturally release this charge – to reset the nervous system and return the body to a state of balance. As a result, it reduces many issues linked to a stressed nervous system, including anxiety, sleep problems, depression, ADHD, and poor emotional regulation.

When we’re in freeze mode, we feel stuck, numb, lost and, frequently, depressed and exhausted. Everything feels too much. Part of our brain is trying to protect us by flooding our nervous system with natural painkillers (endorphins), limiting our ability to feel and act.

The intention set is about releasing tension and about ‘waking the body up’. Shaking is used to support connection and find safety. There is a deep acknowledgement of dissociative states and a long, slow journey to embodied safety. 

Our bodies typically return to a relaxed, resting state after the stress response has done its job, without any lasting negative effects. However, there are times when our stress response is repeatedly activated – or persists over extended periods – and we can get stuck in a permanent state of ‘fight or flight’. When this charge is not released, it is stored in the body in the muscles and fascia – as a body memory. It can become toxic, causing a wide range of physical and mental health issues.

What does it include?

The session will include activities such as natural bodily releasing tremors, breathing exercises, stretching, guided imagery, and meditation, helping you to release physical and emotional tension, while also increasing your energy and focus. The exercises can also help to reduce stress and anxiety, while increasing a sense of calm and contentment.

We are teaching you a tool for life.

We will help you discover practical tools and techniques for emotional regulation and self-regulation, and provide concrete insights into creating a healthy nervous system that will support you in reaching your next level of success in business, income, health, and relationships.

You will learn how to identify and break free from trauma loops, and how to manage your emotions in a healthy way. 

You will learn how to take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally, and how to build stronger relationships with those around you.

What is trauma?

This toolkit helps to teach you how to heal from trauma with compassion and curiosity.

Tamara’s journey began through her own experiences of enduring debilitating pain after a severe car accident, leading to multiple surgeries and metal implants in her body. This personal struggle ignited her passion for research in various fields like autoimmunity, cellular health, epigenetics, bio-energy, gut health, nutrition & herbal medicine, and emotional healing to heal trauma.

Her approach delves deep into addressing symptoms, unlocking suppressed emotions, rewiring thought patterns, and cultivating a healthy environment for your body, mind, and home.
