Once you learn it, you can continue practicing for just an hour a week, making it incredibly accessible and transformative. In a world struggling with a mental health crisis, RRD offers a simple yet impactful solution. By focusing on the Psoas muscle, it brings immediate and life-changing results, with a profound impact on every level of your being.

How It Works:

RRD is a naturalistic and neurobiological approach to healing trauma and stress-related disorders. It offers a safe framework for long-lasting healing. By allowing the body to naturally release stored stress and reset the nervous system, RRD reduces issues linked to a stressed nervous system, including anxiety, sleep problems, depression, ADHD, and emotional regulation difficulties.

When we are stuck in a permanent state of ‘fight or flight,’ our bodies store this charge, leading to a range of physical and mental health issues. TRE aims to release this stored tension, promoting balance and overall well-being.

What’s Included?

Our programme is offered in a small group setting, ensuring continuous support for your total health and well-being. Join our 4-week term to receive 3 CPD points upon completion and access ongoing supportive sessions.

Each weekly session incorporates physical exercises and activities to relax the body and release tension naturally. Guided by our trained team, these sessions include breathing exercises, stretching, guided imagery, and meditation to help you release physical and emotional tension, increase your energy and focus, and reduce stress and anxiety.

Tamara’s journey began through her own experiences of enduring debilitating pain after a severe car accident, leading to multiple surgeries and metal implants in her body. This personal struggle ignited her passion for research in various fields like autoimmunity, cellular health, epigenetics, bio-energy, gut health, nutrition & herbal medicine, and emotional healing to heal trauma.

Her approach delves deep into addressing symptoms, unlocking suppressed emotions, rewiring thought patterns, and cultivating a healthy environment for your body, mind, and home.
