60 Minute Pilates Class


Welcome to Chloe’s mat-based Pilates classes, where all levels are welcome! This class is designed to help you improve strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility, all while having fun on the mat.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the body’s core muscles, improving flexibility, and promoting overall physical and mental well-being. Our mat-based Pilates classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

What does the class include?

Each class is carefully designed to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with a special emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. We use slow, controlled movements to engage the muscles effectively and safely. Our classes are suitable for ages 11+, all fitness levels, and we provide modifications for those with injuries or limitations.

**Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Instructor / Therapist Bio

Chloe is a traditional Yoga teacher. She specialises in the teachings of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, life guidance &philosophy, guided meditation journeys, & self-reflection. She has been studying and practicing many different styles of Yoga for more than 12 years, where along the way she has integrated incredible tools to support her own healing and life journey. In 2019 she gained a 1 year certification in Alternative Medicine & in 2020 completed a 2-month intensive Yoga Teacher training program. Since then she has been working 1-1 with clients, running group classes, & hosting workshops, all helping to guide others with their own unique holistic healing & self-discovery journey.
