• Please wear comfortable, warm clothing as the body temperature often drops during meditation.
• It is recommend bringing something to rest your head on and a blanket to keep warm.
• Bring any extra props to support your practice if you would like (such as yoga blocks, cushions, bolsters or an eye pillow).
• Yoga mats are available, but please bring your own if you wish to create an extra soft space.
