Inner Spark Monthly Book Club

Description:

Books & Tribe to support our healing, happiness and growth

Welcome to the Inner Spark Monthly Book Club

Are you passionate about books that ignite inspiration, motivation, and joy in your life? Look no further than the Inner Spark Book Club! Join our vibrant community as we meet each month, and dive into a new self-help book every two months. We believe that personal growth doesn’t have to be intimidating; it can be enjoyable and accessible to everyone.

Inclusivity at Its Heart

At the Inner Spark Book Club, diversity is our strength. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator who enjoys A Course In Miracles or someone who believes the Dalai Lama lives in a zoo, our only requirement is an open heart and a curious mind. Everyone is welcome to embark on this transformative journey together.

What’s Included?

Every month, we gather at Heal on the first Saturday of the month. During these meetings, we share our insights, ‘a-ha’ moments, likes, and dislikes about the selected book of the month. Together, we also decide on the next book to explore. All of this takes place in a cosy atmosphere with warm cacao, herbal teas and delicious bites to enjoy. Between sessions we can stay in touch with an app dedicated to this book club.

Instructor / Therapist Bio

Miranda has worked 1:1 with clients for the last 20 years, originally as a private yoga teacher and now as a holistic health and positive psychology coach. Miranda is passionate about helping women transform their relationship with food, and ultimately with themselves as the way we eat is a direct reflection of how we feel about ourselves.

Miranda has experienced her own journey with food from a “self imposed prison” where she would restrict, calorie count and binge eat to what she describes now as “Food Freedom.” Miranda is open, kind and you will never feel judged by her, as she has likely been where you are.

Miranda offers a holistic perspective combining her spiritual background in yoga with foundational nutrition knowledge and positive psychology interventions.

Miranda offers 1:1 nutrition coaching and yoga at Heal.
