Marma Abhayanga is an Ayurvedic massage technique that focuses on stimulating marma points, which are specific energy points located throughout the body. They are believed to affect the flow of energy throughout the body and to be connected to the body’s physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
The massage is intended to stimulate the body’s natural healing process, improve circulation, and reduce stress, and is based on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, a natural medical system that originated in India roughly 3,000 years ago.
