90 Minute Mindfulness Pregnancy Relaxation Workshop


Relaxation during pregnancy is associated with the effects that include regulation of emotional states and physiology. Relaxation is also associated with positive effects both on foetal behaviour and on obstetric and neonatal outcomes.

What is included:

This class is unlike any other pregnancy relaxation with minimal movement, as we focus first on our mind, which will enable the body to rest, relax, be still, and be calm.

Join Emma for an hour of complete blissful relaxation for you and your baby where you will learn mindfulness techniques that support an easier pregnancy and birth.

The workshop is 60 minutes with an option to build connection with others following the class, ending your class with light refreshment, and / or chat with others attending, maybe even take a stroll through the meadow, enjoy the wonders of the courtyard or simply be still and relax.

Feeling tired is normal during your pregnancy, and it’s important to take care of yourself and your baby by taking moments of care to relax. By understanding your mind and with a short 10 minute practice each day, your body will follow enabling a comfortable, efficient birth. Benefits are found to:

Instructor / Therapist Bio

Emma has studied and untangled the number of complex and sometimes confusing decisions that are made throughout pregnancy and at the birth, as well as how vital the role of the birth partner is.

Through her hypnobirthing qualification, which is accredited to the Royal College of Midwives, counselling qualifications and having taught many couples of professions including paramedics, children’s nurse, teachers, fire-fighter, investors, engineers and many more – Emma has carefully crafted the birthing concept – BBB – Brain – Body – Birth, and understands the mind through her hypnotherapist and psychodynamic qualifications to enable a calm, comfortable, efficient birth.

Emma’s concept enables you and your birth partner to discover the science and logic of hypnobirthing together with a full antenatal understanding, providing practical tools that will inspire you to create positive outcomes towards the most empowering birth-day that you, your birth-partner and your baby will experience.
