Relaxation during pregnancy is associated with the effects that include regulation of emotional states and physiology. Relaxation is also associated with positive effects both on foetal behaviour and on obstetric and neonatal outcomes.

This class is unlike any other pregnancy relaxation with minimal movement, as we focus first on our mind, which will enable the body to rest, relax, be still, and be calm.
Join Emma for an hour of complete blissful relaxation for you and your baby where you will learn mindfulness techniques that support an easier pregnancy and birth.
The workshop is 60 minutes with an option to build connection with others following the class, ending your class with light refreshment, and / or chat with others attending, maybe even take a stroll through the meadow, enjoy the wonders of the courtyard or simply be still and relax.
