Instructor / Therapist Bio

Lillie is a qualified Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition consultant, Yoga Instructor, Mediation guide, Ayurveda Massage therapist, Reiki therapist and Women’s empowerment mentor, As well as a Qualified Behaviour Analyst.

Since 2011 Lillie worked as a behaviour Analyst Consultant, specialising in childrens behaviour and particularly within the field of Autism. Whist on this journey Lillie recognised the importance of the wellbeing of these children as a holistic approach, and that of those around them, such as parents, carers and teaching staff. Lillie trained in Children yoga and meditations as her first step onto the spiritual journey.

Lillie loved to see those around her thrive and whilst going through her own personal challenges grew a deep love for wellbeing with Mind, Body, Soul balance at the heart of her work.

Going on to train further in these various fields of wellbeing, Her Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition consultations offers the chance to utilise all these skills.

Looking at health as a whole, with Ancient Ayurvedic knowledge, she helps people to feel full of vitality, energise, calm, balanced, and fully empowered.

The food we consume, as well as our life activities and interactions with others all contribute to our mental and physical health and Lillie is passionate about people looking at these areas, to tweak where needed in a supporting way to live in Bliss (Ananda).
