Tweak: 1-1 Nutrition Programme Made Simple

Tweak is a nutrition programme for busy people.

All you do is keep a food log for 3 days (literally just write down what you eat). Then when you see Miranda and share what your goals are, she will make 3 ‘tweaks’ to your current eating style to help move you closer towards your goals.

Common issues that Tweak can help:

  • Bloating and digestive issues
  • Low energy
  • Always feeling hungry
  • Weight loss

What does it include?
An initial 45 minute consultation where you will share your food log with Miranda, your goals and how you’re feeling. Miranda will make 3 suggestions (tweaks) to your way of eating (with your feedback of any areas that you’re not willing to change).
You will have e-mail access to Miranda between your sessions for any quick questions or support that you may need. You then meet with Miranda (approximately) two weeks later to assess how your Tweaks are working for you and whether any need refining, adjusting or changing.

From here, if you desire, you can choose to have monthly sessions to maintain ongoing support of your way of eating and nourishing your mind and body.

In-person sessions take place on a Thursday. Your second session will be scheduled with you during your 1st consultation appointment.

Instructor / Therapist Bio

Miranda has worked 1:1 with clients for the last 20 years, originally as a private yoga teacher and now as a holistic health and positive psychology coach. Miranda is passionate about helping women transform their relationship with food, and ultimately with themselves as the way we eat is a direct reflection of how we feel about ourselves.

Miranda has experienced her own journey with food from a “self imposed prison” where she would restrict, calorie count and binge eat to what she describes now as “Food Freedom.” Miranda is open, kind and you will never feel judged by her, as she has likely been where you are.

Miranda offers a holistic perspective combining her spiritual background in yoga with foundational nutrition knowledge and positive psychology interventions.

Miranda offers 1:1 nutrition coaching and yoga at Heal.
