Our overarching mission is to empower the people of Oxfordshire to live well within their communities, fostering physical fitness, holistic health, and emotional resilience. We believe that a thriving community is built upon the collective well-being of its members, and our organisation is dedicated to achieving this goal.

Aims and Objectives: 

1. Community Resilience by promoting physical and mental well-being. 

2. Enhancing Independence by providing support and resources.

3. Holistic Health creating a space where individuals can nurture their mind, body, and soul through a range of wellness services and activities. 

We offer activities and services such as wellbeing classes, therapeutic workshops, somatic healing sessions offer techniques to release tension, trauma, and promote physical and emotional healing. Our services are aimed at promoting relaxation, reducing pain, and improving overall physical health that helps individuals gain insights into their physical and emotional health. We offer natural medicine to harness the body’s total wellbeing that promotes balance, vitality, and emotional well-being. Our educational programs and workshops are available to equip community members with the knowledge and skills to help them take control of their health and well-being. 

We are more than an organisation; a nurturing and supportive community committed to the holistic wellness of Oxfordshire residents.

Walking groups in the meadow and nearby nature reserve.Weekly or bi-weekly walking sessions in our beautiful open meadow and nature reserve, providing  individuals with the opportunity to connect with nature, exercise, and socialise in a serene environment. This helps to foster a sense of belonging, reduce isolation, and promote physical and emotional well-being.

Community Events

We warmly invite you join us every month for a variety of engaging community events, including monthly book club meetings, clothes upcycling swaps, and movie nights tailored for both adults and children. These gatherings provide a unique opportunity for our community to unite, fostering meaningful connections around shared interests. Our inclusive groups not only encourage socialisation and intellectual engagement but also contribute to the well-being of the community by combatting feelings of loneliness through a strong sense of belonging.

Enable People to Engage with Physical Activity to Address Preventable Conditions

Regular yoga and Qi Gong classes for individuals of all fitness levels, promoting physical health, flexibility, and relaxation. Encourage physical activity, reduce the risk of preventable conditions, and enhance overall well-being.Somatic therapy sessions and dance fitness workshops to help individuals connect with their bodies, relieve tension, and enjoy the benefits of movement, to improve body awareness, reduce stress, and promote physical and mental health.Chair adaptable sessions tailored for those with mobility challenges make us accessible for all.  This ensures inclusivity.Our targeted communities are within the surrounding villages and towns of Little Baldon.We welcome working with and collaborating with education establishments, local authorities, corporate, charitable organisations and CIC's.

Increase People’s Mental Health to Address Preventable Conditions

Educational workshops designed to help individuals recognise and harness their inner resilience, manage life changes, and develop proactive strategies for mental well-being. These style programmes empower individuals to cope with life's challenges, understand anxiety, and expand their window of tolerance, by regulating the nervous system, releasing trauma and teaching powerful life long tool kits.

Understanding Anxiety and Window of Tolerance 

Workshops and therapies focusing on anxiety management and increasing emotional regulation through a better understanding of one's personal "window of tolerance."  This equips individuals with tools to manage anxiety, improve emotional stability, and prevent mental health conditions, providing them with life skills and self help toolkits.
