PART 2: Release Recover Discover (TRE)
Explore your body’s natural tremor response to discharge tension. This class is designed to show you new self-help toolkits for well-being, releasing old wounds, recovering through the body, and discovering yourself.

- Naturalistic and neurobiological approach to healing trauma
