What does the session include:

The session caters to all levels, incorporating bodyweight exercises and various equipment. Each exercise is performed with attention to correct breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. This session will help re-educate you with specific stretch exercises tailored to your current needs and requirements, which can help alleviate postural imbalance, aches, pains and faster healing from injuries.


Experience a low-intensity, breath-centred class designed to strengthen major muscle groups and enhance overall balance. Pilates focuses on building a robust core, influencing posture, flexibility, and balance. It serves as a foundational exercise benefiting all aspects of daily life

Barre is a low-impact exercise that utilises a stationary handrail (or barre) for support, focusing on isometric movements to target specific muscle groups. Instructor / Therapist Bio

Zoe is a qualified Barre, Mat Pilates and Stretch Therapy Instructor in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. She has a background in dance, and this gives her a great understanding of the body.

She originally found Barre when she was training to be a professional dancer, as it incorporated elements of her training, from here she qualified as an instructor and found a love for being a personal cheerleader for everyone in her classes! She has now gained qualifications in the Science of Stretching and Mat Pilates, with a Reformer Pilates qualification pending!

Zoe’s classes are all centred around the mind/body connection, bringing movement and wellness together, with the goal of creating a holistic approach to fitness. Zoe aims to provide a whole-being experience for her clients, emphasising the importance of physical and mental health. Her Pilates classes involve movements that are slow and controlled helping you centre to the breath, but don’t be fooled, be prepared for some warmth in the muscles! Stretch therapy will introduce you to the world of the science behind stretching with the aim of helping improve body imbalances and increase flexibility.
