1-1 Cranial Sacral Treatment for Adults & Children

Embark on a journey of holistic healing with Craniosacral Therapy (CST), a gentle and evidence-based method.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy (CST), also known as Cranial Osteopathy, is a gentle, evidence-based method aimed at restoring the physiological circulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the cerebrospinal system. This therapy seeks to establish the connection between disturbances in the craniosacral rhythm and bodily dysfunctions. It involves a rhythmic movement of CSF, contractions of nervous system structures, and the mobility of the skull and sacrum. CST addresses disturbances in the craniosacral rhythm, alleviating bodily dysfunctions and fostering a harmonious flow.

How Does CST Work?
During CST, Natalia engages in a “dialogue” with your body through gentle touch, tuning into the craniosacral rhythm. This allows the identification and removal of tensions, stimulating the natural self-regulating forces of their organism. Experience relief from tension, stress, and discover deep relaxation.

Benefits of Craniosacral Therapy:

Release of tension, stress, and limiting beliefs causing illness and discomfort.
Deep relaxation and connection with the inner self.
Understanding the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Support for nervous, circulatory, lymphatic, endocrine, and respiratory systems.
Positive impact on the immune system, improving overall well-being.

Who Can Benefit from CST?

Craniosacral Therapy is suitable for individuals of all ages, addressing tensions related to trauma, disease, accidents, or depression. It effectively addresses various dysfunctions resulting from physiological disorders caused by chronic stress. CST helps relieve pain, including headaches, migraines, spine injuries, and digestive issues. It is particularly beneficial for infants, children, and those suffering from stress-related symptoms.

Craniosacral Therapy for Adults
The initial session includes a consultation to analyse your medical history, understand your needs, and define the therapy’s purpose. During treatment, you may experience energy flowing through your body, potential pain and tension release, and deep relaxation. The procedure may bring forth past memories or emotions stored in the body.

Cranial Sacral for younger Children and Babies?
Our CST sessions for babies and children provide a gentle solution to address various issues. Sessions ensure the comfort of your child. Parents are encouraged to be present during the session, providing comfort if needed. Choosing a time when the child is asleep or relaxed is ideal, but not necessary. Positive changes are often noticed within 24-48 hours after a session.

Benefits of Cranial Sacral:

Quick resolution of various issues related to trauma, disease, or stress-related symptoms.
Effective elimination of traumas before they become ingrained.
